Joseph Pigot, CPFA

Joe joined Dowd Wealth Management as a Partner and Senior Retirement Consultant to oversee the Retirement Plans and Corporate Services business.

Joe has a lengthy career in developing retirement plans, fiduciary processes, and advising committees on investment governance practices. In addition, Joe brings incredible value in helping participants manage their goals while working with the Plan Fiduciaries to ensure the plan is working as intended and helping the fiduciaries focus their duties. Joe has been a panelist and frequent guest speaker at industry events with the Retirement Learning Center, a Nationally known ERISA consulting practice.

Joe is married with 5 children and lives in Northern, NJ.  He served for over 10 years as trustee for his lake association.  Joe is passionate at giving back and volunteers his time with Baking Memories 4 Kids, Inc. where he runs commercial ovens 3 weekends a year to raise money to send terminally ill children and their families for an all-expense paid trip to a Disney.  He is also an active contributor to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Down Syndrome Research, and participates in Basket Brigades, packaging and delivering Thanksgiving Dinner to those in need.
